Impact

In just five years, the AWT has launched extensive field support operations across forested zones in Central India, making a tangible impact on the ground.

Eco-Friendly Initiatives: The AWT has initiated an eco-friendly holiday resort benefiting 2,000 forest workers in and around the Bandhavgarh National Park. This project, supported by the Madhya Pradesh Government and Forest Minister Dr. Kunwar Vijay Shah, stands as a testament to the Trust's commitment.

Petrol Pump for Welfare: A petrol pump was established at the Kanha National Park, with the profits contributing to the welfare of the park's dedicated staff.

COVID-19 Relief: Recognizing the critical role of staff at the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve, the AWT provided essential food aid during the pandemic, standing in solidarity with those safeguarding wildlife.

Empowering Women: The AWT donated sewing machines to tribal women residing near the Kanha National Park, providing them with a means to enhance their livelihoods.
